The second stage of the Palma-Melilla-Palma A2 regatta for the Mini 6.50 class is testing the endurance of the 30 boats that continue in competition after the retirements of the "Chaner R.," by Caner Akdolun and Deniz Bagci, and the "Rapscallion," by Simon Hunter and Jate Shaffer.
Yesterday, November 17, the last day of the first round of the VIII Puerto Portals Dragon Winter Series, ended without results due to the cancellation of the only scheduled race. The Race Committee started the race at 13:05 hours, but a 60-degree wind shift made it impossible to complete the course, forcing the organization to suspend the race.

Starting today, November 15, the Puerto Portals Yacht Club is organizing the VIII edition of the Puerto Portals Dragon Winter Series, which will run from November 2024 to February 2025. The event will gather 21 Dragon class boats from six countries (Australia, Austria, Germany, Spain, Portugal, and Sweden), supported by the National Dragon Class Association, the Balearic Sailing Federation, and the International Dragon Association.
