With just under a month to go until the start of La Larga, the first of the three regattas, together with the 52 Super Series and the multi-class regatta that make up the 10 days of competition of the PalmaVela, the registration for this 20th edition has reached the figure of 150 entries.

"We have closed the registration period with enormous satisfaction at the response of both the national and international fleet to this 20th anniversary of the most extensive regatta in terms of days of competition and number of classes taking part, not only in the Balearic Islands but in the whole of the Mediterranean", said Vivi Mainemare, sports coordinator of the RCNP.
From the 26th of April until the 5th of May the Real Club Náutico de Palma will experience almost two weeks of competition, and taking advantage of the proximity of the PalmaVela, its director, Manuel Fraga, assured that "we have a very intense year ahead of us, apart from the Trofeo Princesa Sofía cruising regatta that we have just finished, with the PalmaVela in a month's time and the Copa del Rey MAPFRE, the j/70 World Championship at the end of the summer, the OK Dinghy European Championship and The Nations League in the autumn and in November a new offshore regatta for the Mini 6. 50" between Palma-Melilla-Palma".
