Five more races for the more than 200 Olympic windsurfers from 43 countries competing in Lanzarote since Monday for the iQFOiL world title. The fourth day began with a wind of between 14 and 15 knots from the East, which was decreasing below 10 at times in some areas. There was also no lack of roles, so the participants had to be careful not to fall behind.

The sailor of the Club Nàutic Sa Ràpita, Nacho Baltasar repeated as first spanish and fourth in youth. He is 13th overall and the tenth place, which would allow him to move on to the final day, is still within his reach. Club Nàutic S'Arenal sailor Bernat Tomàs is also in the gold group and is the second best Spaniard in 22nd overall.
This Friday will be decided which ten windsurfers of the male and female fleet will compete in the Medal Series on Saturday, the last day of the World Championship in which they will compete in the quarterfinals, semifinals and the final Grand Final with only three competitors on the starting line. Everything indicates that the fleet will face the Marathon race, a real endurance challenge, and two other races in regatta format.
