The day began with fog in the bay of Calpe, although it didn't take long for the small bank to dissipate and the races could start, as planned, at 10:00 h. On the programme, there were eight races to close the classifications with seven races sailed by each team before the Medal Race.

With winds of 12-14 knots, the race course was dotted with waves that were maintained despite the drop in the wind in the last races. The day was therefore much more demanding for the teams, penalizing some of them, such as RCR Alicante.

At the end of the round of races, the CN Arenal team, led by Aina Colom, remained at the top of the table, beating Bover's Team Baleària by one point, making them both clear candidates for the gold medal. The RCN Port de Pollença crew, led by Pilar Casares, made a great debut in the Iberdrola League with the provisional third position, followed by only two points by another of the new teams, the Pinky Team-RCN Gran Canaria of Cristina Martínez Doreste; at least the bronze medal would be decided between them, although the possibilities were open to everything.

In this last and definitive confrontation, of double points, there was no room for mistakes and all decisions were crucial. Bover's team advanced decisively and crossing the finish line in first position made Team Baleària-RCN Palma the winner of the race. On its stern, the RCN Port de Pollença girls signed a first position, meanwhile the girls from the CN Altea were in third position and the ones from CN Arenal, fourth. The sum of the points resulted in a tie that resolved in favor to the team of Pollença to occupy the second place, and with Arenal closing the podium.

In the overall Iberdrola League, Team Baleària-RCN Palma continues to lead, followed by CN Arenal and CN Altea. The next race of the circuit will be held in Lanzarote on 27th and 28th April, and after that the general classification will be used to decide the Spanish representative in the Sailing Champions League Women, to be held in Berlin from the 31st of May to the 2nd of June among the best European teams.
