The X Comunitat Valenciana Olympic Week, a regatta organized by the Federació de Vela de la Comunitat Valenciana (FVCV), is set to host its largest competition block this weekend.

In total, seven classes will compete, with the Eurocup for the 29er class and the Spanish Championship for IQFoil, Techno Plus, and RC IOMbeing the highlights.
The Club Náutico Santa Pola will once again be the venue for the IQFoil and Techno Plus classes during the Comunitat Valenciana Olympic Week. For both categories, this regatta will serve as the Spanish Championship, bringing together the nation’s top competitors in these disciplines, with nearly 100 athletes registered. Among them, 17 IQFoil sailors from Club Nàutic S’Arenal, Club Marítimo San Antonio de la Playa, Club Nàutic Sa Ràpita, and Club Surf Formentera will compete, along with 11 Techno Plus sailors from Club Nàutic S’Arenal and Club Marítimo San Antonio de la Playa.
As every year, the Radio-Controlled Sailing class will take place at the Real Club Náutico de Torrevieja, featuring nearly 60 participants, including Pedro Vidal and Miguel Salvador from the Club de Vela Puerto de Andratx. This event also serves as the Spanish Championship for the class, attracting the best competitors in the country.
The CV Olympic Week will once again host the Eurocup Series for the 29er class, which will be held at the Real Club Náutico de Valencia, with 86 boats registered. This international regatta will welcome athletes from 18 different countries, with a 16-race program planned.
Joining the competition in Valencia, starting on Friday, February 14, will be the ILCA 6 and ILCA 7 fleets, featuring nearly 80 competitors, while the Clase A sailors will enter the race on Saturday.
