From naval engineering to marine sciences, sectors linked to the ocean face a growing concern over the lack of qualified personnel to ensure their continuity and development. In response, for the first time, various public institutions, business organizations, and private companies are coming together in a joint space to launch a clear message of recruitment and inspiration aimed at young people who may be attracted to all sectors that make up the so-called blue economy.
During the five days of the fair, Blue Education will have an interactive space where young attendees can discover the breadth of maritime studies, talk with experts and young people who have committed to the sector, and participate in dynamic activities that connect learning with a passion for the sea.
"We want to motivate young people to find their future in the sea, an environment full of possibilities both for their personal development and for contributing to the sustainable progress of society," says Mercedes Pardo, President and spokesperson for Blue Education.
The AULA fair will be the ideal stage for Blue Education to connect with the next generations and reinforce the importance of ensuring a prosperous and sustainable future for the maritime sector.
