During the meeting, which was attended by numerous members of the association, the AALCE presented a detailed overview of the challenges they face. Councillor Lafuente expressed the firm commitment of the Conselleria del Mar to become an accessible interlocutor and to collaborate actively to find solutions to these problems, but also regretted that the transfer of powers was carried out "without resources and with thousands of unresolved files".

Simarro, for his part, has pledged to process the dossiers "as efficiently as possible, paying special attention to individual cases and ensuring responses to those that have not been dealt with" previously.

Councillor Lafuente emphasized the need for active collaboration on the part of business owners and the community in general to ensure that the activities are carried out in a legal and sustainable manner, stressing the importance of "improving and preserving the quality of the Balearic coastline, which in turn benefits the tourism sector and the local economy".
