Calvià Seeks 'My Favorite Spot' with a Photography Contest

Organized in collaboration with Corto España, the contest is part of the celebration of World Tourism Day on September 27

The Calvià 365 Foundation, supported by Corto España, is launching the photography contest "My Favorite Spot in Calvià." This initiative is included in the activities scheduled to commemorate World Tourism Day, celebrated on September 27. The main goal is to stimulate creativity in the field of digital photography while highlighting the beauty and uniqueness of the most emblematic spots in Calvià.

The deadline for submitting photographs to the "My Favorite Spot in Calvià" contest is September 10, 2024. Each participant can submit an unlimited number of entries and must complete a registration form for each one. The photographs must be posted on the social network Instagram, using the hashtags #mirinconfavorito and #mirinconfavoritodecalvia. Registration is free and conducted online. Two local awards and ten national awards will be given, selected by a specialized jury from all the entries that meet the established requirements and are received within the deadline.

With this contest, the Calvià 365 Foundation seeks to encourage active community participation, urging residents of Calvià as well as visitors, to share their personal vision of the municipality's most notable spaces.
