Campos congratulates Nacho Baltasar for his Olympic spot for Paris 2024

The Town Council of Campos has organized a reception for the sailor of the Club Nàutic Sa Ràpita, Nacho Baltasar, to congratulate him for the spot at the next Olympic Games of Paris 2024.

The mayoress of Campos, Francisca Porquer, and many other councilors have received the “iqfoiler” of Sa Ràpita in the center of the municipality, where they have given a letter in which points out the sport journey and the effort he has done during these last couple of years by Baltasar to accomplish being selected for the Olympic Committee of Preparation of the Real Federación Española de Vela to represent Spain in the discipline of IQFoil in the Paris Games, which will be hosted in the waters of Marsella in July 2024.

It is worth remembering that the IQFoil is launched in the Olympics of 2024, so Baltasar has not only achieved to get the precious ticket in for the Olympics but as well, he will be the first spanish representative of this category. “This fact is without doubt a reason for being proud for the sports locality of Campos, specially for our Sa Ràpita coastline” highlights Porquer in written.
