The “Clem Primero,” a Swan 56 owned by Amanda Hartley and Jaime Olazabal and racing for the Club de Mar de Palma, claimed overall victory in the Denia version, successfully defending the title it won in this same version in 2022.

The boat, skippered by Pedro Amengual, finished 13 minutes ahead of the second-place finisher, “Aviador,” a First 53 owned by Gabriel Medem of the Real Club Marítimo de Sotogrande. Joining them on the podium in this fast-paced edition was “Estrella Azul,” a First 40.7 skippered by Chiquinquira González, who also won in the ORC 2 and GlobeSailor categories. Meanwhile, “Olimpia,” a Bavaria 38 owned by Rafael de la Hoz from Club Náutico del Mar Menor, took the win in the ORC 3 category, while “Isabela,” a First 47.7 with Nataly Kuznetsova and Miguel Sánchez racing for the Club Náutico de Castellón, won in the A2 category. Victory in the Salina category, reserved for boats with at least 50% female crew, went to the Irish team aboard “Adelie,” a First 40 from Club Náutico de Santa Eulalia, led by Mairead Ni Cheallachain.
The Jeanneau – Rumbo Norte trophy for the highest-placed boat from the renowned French shipyard went to “Binibeca,” a Sun Odyssey 42.1 owned by Antonio Blanc from the Real Club Náutico de Valencia. Francisco Rojo Ortiz was awarded the RAECY Trophy, granted by the Royal Spanish Assembly of Yacht Captains, as the top-ranked captain with a Spanish license in the overall classification.
In the Barcelona version, the overall winner of this edition was “Libélula,” a Swan 65 owned by Plácido Arango, based in Port Adriano and built in 1980. Its skipper, Borja Pella, joins the elite group of La Sal sailors with three victories under his belt, following wins in 2005 and 2006 aboard “Galvana.” The team from Club Náutico Garraf, skippered by Pablo Nuñez aboard “Sálvora,” a Dufour 45E, secured second place by just five minutes over third-placed “Bandido,” a Dehler 44 owned by Carlos Otamendi from CM Port Ginesta, rounding out the general classification podium.
“Yellow Rose,” an X35 helmed by Marten Jan Ringers and racing for the Yacht Club Schveningen, claimed victory in the ORC 2 category, while “Esther,” a Fortuna 9 owned by Eduardo de la Heras of Club Náutico Tarragona, secured a double victory in the ORC 3 and A2 categories. Meanwhile, the winner of the GlobeSailor category for school and charter boats was “Pekas X,” a JOD35 from Club de Mar Port Olímpic skippered by Pep Navarro, who also won the Jeanneau – Rumbo Norte trophy in the Barcelona version. The Salina trophy in the Barcelona version was claimed by Nuria Barnés, skipper of “Pupule,” a Pogo 30 from Club Náutico Vilanova. The RAECY trophy in the Barcelona version was awarded to Pablo Nuñez, captain of “Sálvora,” second place in the overall ranking.
