The event, open to the public, will feature the president of Club Nàutic Sant Antoni, José Tur; the mayor of Sant Antoni, Marcos Serra; the councilor for Environmental Management, Sustainability, Innovation, and Transparency, Nacho Andrés; the first president of CNSA, Pepe Roselló, and the author of the book. The presentation will be conducted by Emma Costa, commercial manager of the CNSA.

'Half a Century Bringing the Sea Closer to People' compiles the history of CNSA through a volume of more than 500 pages, structured into 40 chapters. It gathers testimonials from numerous executives, members, athletes, etc., while providing a detailed chronicle of all aspects in which Club Nàutic Sant Antoni has been significant: the development of a mooring infrastructure at its inception; the creation of a sports school first for sailing and then for canoeing; participation in competitions of local, regional, national, and international character; the launch of educational activities like the Sea Week; the development of various social headquarters, and social and cultural activity, among others.

The book also contains the sports honors of the club over these 50 years, a detailed summary of the events organized on the occasion of the 50th anniversary, and the complete catalog of works exhibited in the exhibition 'Los Hormigo, a saga of artists', also organized last year. It also provides a view of the history of the Portmany bay over the centuries, prior to the founding of Club Nàutic Sant Antoni in March 1973, and the development of the port and its surroundings, parallel to the evolution of the nautical entity.

The volume is illustrated with more than 930 photographs, many of them unpublished and from the Club's archive. Others have been provided by private collections from families related to the CNSA, the Arxiu d’Imatge “So Municipal d’Eivissa and the Diario de Ibiza archive”, among others.
