Francisco Córdoba makes a splash at Passion for the Sea

During the summer the Marine Service of the Guardia Civil has more work to do due to the thousands of visitors who come to our islands to enjoy the Mediterranean Sea. These professionals spend many hours at sea, monitoring and controlling thousands of kilometers of coastline, so they have to be highly qualified and trained to act in any situation.

Today we are going to get to know the person in charge of the Marine Service of the Guardia Civil in the Balearic Islands, Francisco Córdoba. A positive, active and sporty person who, as a good lover of the sea, works for its conservation and so that society can enjoy it safely.

Listening to podcasts, reading Arturo Pérez Reverte or running in the mountains are some of Francisco Córdoba's hobbies. Despite working at sea, he loves hiking and trekking, which is why his dream trip is nothing less than visiting Machu Pichu.
