All of them will debate from a female point of view and from their personal experience about the present and future of women in a sector such as the sea, traditionally managed by men. About Inspiring Girls:
Inspiring Girls is a Foundation that aims to raise the self-esteem and career ambition of school girls, as well as their career expectations, through the example of professional women who share their experiences with them. In this way, they help them to become aware of the wide variety of professions and jobs that exist, and install in them the idea that the fact of being a woman is not a limitation to develop any profession, as long as they are willing to work and make an effort to achieve it. To this end, Inspiring Girls carries out different activities - talks, speed networking, events - in which women from all sectors and professions share their work and personal experiences with the girls.
