In its roadmap and electoral program, the Popular Party announced that if it came to power, it would create the first Ministry of the Sea and Water Cycle of the Balearics, an electoral promise that was fulfilled in the first 100 days of its mandate.

A lawyer by profession, but a recreational sailor by passion, as evidenced by some of the adventures he embarked on years ago, such as when he sailed from Menorca to Sardinia using only a compass and without the help of any electronic devices.
As a true Menorcan, one of his favorite dishes is lobster stew. As for his other culinary preferences, he prefers pizza without pineapple and Spanish omelette with onions.
