Marina Ibiza, a benchmark in tourist quality

Marina Ibiza is considered one of the best marinas in the Mediterranean, for its state-of-the-art facilities, its high quality of service and customer care, and its unique complementary offer in the sector.

Marina Ibiza has again received the SICTED's "Commitment to Tourism Quality" distinction, a recognition of the effort made by the marina to implement a quality control system in the service. In this way the marina accredits to follow the protocols and quality standards of this certificate.

The "Commitment to Tourism Quality" is a project to improve the quality of tourist destinations promoted by the Secretary of State for Tourism (SETUR), with the support of the Spanish Federation of Municipalities and Provinces (FEMP), with the aim of improving the experience and satisfaction of tourists.

Marina Ibiza has been certified with the "Commitment to Tourism Quality" since 2018, this accreditation is articulated in cycles of annual character, after an audit in which it is certified that a comprehensive and permanent system of quality management is followed with a focus on continuous improvement and an attitude of recovery and enhancement of resources and space.

This accreditation is in addition to the other awards, recognitions and certificates that Marina Ibiza has, both in terms of quality of service and facilities as well as in terms of environment and preservation of the surroundings. The marina is certified in ISOS 9001, 14001 and 45001. In addition, it has the EMAS Environmental Declaration, the Blue Flag, a recognition of the quality of its facilities, service and its work in environmental awareness. The marina is also certified in the Carbon Footprint Register and has the IMCI Blue Star 5 Star Marina category, an international distinction held by only a few marinas in Europe.
