DID YOU LIKE THIS CONTENT? WELL... YOU HAVE ALL OF OUR FULL PROGRAMS HERE!As a novelty, this year the 'Jornades Gastronòmiques de Peix' have been moved up to April, whereas they traditionally took place in May. This change is intended to generate activity on the island before Easter, at a time when many restaurants are still closed. The importance of this initiative lies in its focus, which is not on volume but on consolidating an attractive gastronomic offering in the low season. Thus, both tourists and residents can enjoy an organized and dynamic culinary proposal during a period of lower influx, thereby helping to energize the sector and promote the consumption of local products.
The days will be held over two consecutive weekends, from Friday to Sunday, on the 4th, 5th, 6th, 11th, 12th, and 13th of April 2025. During these days, participating establishments will offer a lunch menu where fish and seafood will be the stars, incorporating traditional Menorcan sea-related dishes.
In this edition, a total of 10 establishments from different municipalities on the island have joined the proposal, offering special menus with traditional recipes and innovative proposals. Participants are free to define their menu and price, allowing them to adapt to the availability of fresh products.
