The weather conditions were very good, with an average westerly wind of about 10 knots, which remained quite stable, and allowed three races to be completed, thus making up for the one that could not be sailed on Saturday.

What looked like it was going to be an exciting day with a duel for the win between "Yeah Nah" and "Miss Behavior", in the end was not so exciting because the Swedish team led by Jan Secher was far superior and won the three races that were sailed.

The competition started punctually at 11.00 a.m. with a wind of 9 knots of 270º and a course of one nautical mile. The race was quite fast and the winner, "Miss Behavior", took 52 minutes to complete it. Its main rival, "Yeah Nah", lost its wake and crossed the finish line in fourth place, overtaken by Carlos Carbajal's "Capa" and Werner Deuring's "Basic Logic".

The second race started with Jan Secher's team as the leader of the general classification, and they didn't take it easy, but went for the victory from the very first moment. The wind strength increased to 13 knots and the Swedish team took advantage of this to fly to the finish line and take another victory.

The Australian boat "Yeah Nah", which had been unbeatable, didn't know how to overcome its rival and had to watch the Swedes add a third partial first place and certify the triumph in the competition organized by the Club de Regatas Puerto Portals.

“Miss Behavior” finished with six points, second place went to "Yeah Nah", with 12 points, and third place went to Philip Dohse's "Puck", with a total of 24 points.

The VII Puerto Portals Dragon Winter Series has reached its halfway point and the participants will have a few weeks of rest to resume racing from the 15th to the 17th of December, when the third round of this competition will be held. To date, the entire programme has been completed and 12 races have been sailed. The third event will coincide with the traditional Christmas market that Puerto Portals organizes every year, so a great atmosphere is expected during those days.
