The most novice sailors will be integrated into the so-called Group D and will have their own separate classification. This category of initiation has the support of Gaceta Náutica, which will give its "Timoncito" prizes to the first three classified.
The regatta will be held on February 17th and 18th. The starting point will take place on both days from 11.00 a.m., weather permitting.
Rodrigo Sanz, owner of Pro-Rigging, a Mallorcan company dedicated to the repair and maintenance of rigging and rigging of sailing boats, says that the sponsorship of this regatta arises from his passion for the sea and the sport of sailing, and aims to contribute to the detection of talent in the Balearic youth. "We have been collaborating with the Real Club Náutico de Palma for many years now and we are delighted to be able to give our name to one of its main grassroots regattas".
