The works for the replacement of docks 3, 5, and 7 at the port of Sant Antoni de Portmany, in Ibiza, have begun. This project, driven by Ports de les Illes Balears (PortsIB), an agency under the Govern, aims to replace the existing floating infrastructures, which are in an advanced state of deterioration due to their age.

YOU HAVE ALL OF OUR FULL PROGRAMS HERE!With a total budget of 879,986 euros (VAT included) and a completion timeline of six months, the work will consist of dismantling the current docks, along with all their associated elements, such as supply towers, water and electricity installations, cleats, and ladders, and the installation of new dock modules equipped with modern supply towers, renewed water and electricity networks, and all the elements necessary to ensure their functionality and safety.
The project, awarded through a simplified open procedure, responds to the need to modernize the port facilities, ensuring both the safety and operability of the port of Sant Antoni, a key infrastructure for the nautical and tourist sector of the island.
This action is part of a broader plan for renovation at the port of Sant Antoni and its surroundings, which includes other initiatives such as the pavement repair project on the Passeig de la Mar, with a budget exceeding one million euros. The latter aims to update the pavement of the walkway, aligning it with the modern aesthetics of the coastal edge.
