The event will raise funds for the Respiralia Foundation, an organization that has been working since 2006 to promote the social integration of people with Cystic Fibrosis through improving their quality of life, raising awareness about this serious and incurable disease, and promoting environmental protection to achieve better air quality for them to breathe.
DID YOU LIKE THIS CONTENT? WELL... YOU HAVE ALL OF OUR FULL PROGRAMS HERE!The charity event will be held on the weekend of November 16 and 17, during which, in addition to visiting the park, there will be a special program of activities including games, workshops, children's entertainment, performances, and a charity raffle with great prizes.
During that weekend, entry to Palma Aquarium will cost 12 euros for all residents. From this amount, 2 euros from each ticket will go to the Respiralia Foundation, along with all the proceeds from the raffle. A significant part of the funds raised for the Foundation will come from the tickets sold that day in the park, so donations of items or products to give away will be greatly appreciated.
The Respiralia Foundation will use the proceeds from the charity event for the project “Educating is Health in Cystic Fibrosis,” which provides training in respiratory physiotherapy techniques and re-education in effort to 66 girls, boys, and young people who have this disease, so they can apply treatment techniques in the most correct and independent way possible.
