Only the best in the world achieve the elite status in international sports and fulfill the dream of many: participating in the Olympic Games representing their country. It’s a unique experience, not only at the sports level but also personally, that can only be lived every four years.

Today, we will get to know one of these athletes better, a true role model who will compete in her second Olympic Games, the sailor from Club Nàutic S’Arenal, Paula Barceló. After debuting at the Tokyo 2020 Games and earning an Olympic diploma with her partner Támara Echegoyen in the 49er FX class, Paula faces these second Olympics with great enthusiasm and the firm intention of enjoying Games that are being held so close to home, in Paris.

Coming from a family of sailors, passionate about the sea and water sports, Paula has grown up at Club Nàutic S’Arenal, where she has become a national and international sailing reference.
