Port Adriano celebrates the sixth edition of its photography contest

Following its winter Christmas Park, where both young and old enjoyed the ice skating rink and various Christmas activities, Port Adriano kicks off its cultural activities calendar for this 2025 as part of its commitment to continuous dynamism throughout the year, with its already famous photography contest.

In this sixth edition of the competition, already established both inside and outside Mallorca, the proposed theme is “Roots,” a concept abstract enough and yet understandable, so as to be a creative challenge for participants and allow for photos with very diverse motifs.

Those interested in participating in this contest can submit their works until March 30, 2025. Participation is completely free and each photographer can present up to a maximum of three photographs, which must meet a minimum quality.

A jury composed of the management of Port Adriano and the collaborating entities (Edib School, Foto Ruano, and Photopills), as well as individuals competent in photographic and/or artistic art, will be responsible for choosing the winning images and awarding the prizes.

• 3 prizes of 1,000 euros each to the three finalist photographs. Additionally, each winner will receive a Photopills installation license. 
• 1 course taught by the EDIB school.
