Port Adriano Street Art Live returns with a star guest, urban artist Joan Aguiló

In keeping with the marina's philosophy of holding events out of season and, above all, related to culture, Port Adriano is once again launching a call for urban artists who, as on other occasions, will intervene in maritime containers.

The theme is still free and the artists will be able to carry out the intervention in any discipline and style. Proposals will be accepted until 16th of April. The selected artists will receive €400 in prize money. 

The Street Art Live day will be held on 18th of May. The selected artists, together with Joan Aguiló and the students of ADEMA, will begin to paint the containers accompanied by music and other animations, bringing three generations of artists together in Port Adriano, creating an atmosphere that will be the appetizer of the AfterSun Fest.

These containers are part of the AfterSun Fest, a Cultural Festival that has a Street Art section and a design market section, with fashion and decoration proposals from brands and talents mainly from the Balearic Islands, where we can also find gastronomy, music and events every day.

The event is complemented by a selection of projects by Fine Arts students from the ADEMA University School. In addition, this year, the guest, Joan Aguiló, will dare with 3 stacked containers, making a wall of 6 x 9 meters and that will be in the center of the AfterSun Fest area.

The selection committee will be made up of artists and experts belonging to different companies and entities related to the art world, as well as the art platform Street Art Mallorca, a partner of this event.
