This project aims to manage mooring posts, which will be intended for recreational boats (7th list) and rental boats (6th list), thereby promoting nautical and tourist activity on the island.
The tender, published on January 22, 2025, includes an estimated contract value of 1,260,000 euros excluding taxes, with a base bid budget of 1,524,600 euros (VAT included). The contracts will have a duration of four years and will be awarded through an open and ordinary procedure, prioritizing transparency and equal opportunities for all interested bidders.
Each lot corresponds to a pontoon designed to offer quality services to different types of vessels, with capacities varying between 52 and 60 berths per pontoon. Additionally, the facilities include towers for electrical and water supply, ensuring the comfort of users. Among the award criteria, economic criteria such as mooring and supply rates, as well as technical aspects related to the commitment to have premises and the promotion of electric, sail, and traditional boats, will be valued.
