The wind conditions have been weak and capricious, forcing some modifications to the course due to its pronounced change of direction, and the cancellation of a couple of starts due to the fall of its intensity, on the final day of this first event.

Under this instability, the committee and crews have done their best to complete up to five of the scheduled races, although their absence prevented the dispute of the expected Medal Race between the five best classified.

The veteran and perfect coordination between its members aboard the Platu 25 monotype shone with its own light in the Team RCN Palma, which did not go down from the 1st and 2nd places in any of their clashes. The team of Maria Bover, accompanied by Lucia Busquets, Marian Oliva, Melania Riera and Laura Martinez achieved an advantage of 5.25 pts over the crew of the CN Arenal. In this case it was Aina Colom in charge of leading the team, formed by Marina Bonet, Nicola Jane, Aina Jordi and Mahira Monje. The duel between the representatives of the two Balearic clubs has been clear and, although the Arenal's crew have not missed any of the partial podiums, their two third places and two second places have made the difference.

The bronze went to the team of the host club, Sailing Point CN Altea, made up of María Ronda, Gracia Suárez, Carmen Suárez, María Pomares and Alejandra Martínez. Completing the Top 5 of this first edition were Surne EVJLV from RCM del Abra, led by Joana Abasolo, and Madrid Navega, from RCN Madrid, led by Elena Raga.

With its sights already set on the second event of the calendar, the Iberdrola League does not leave the Valencian Community and will once again be the protagonist on March 16th and 17th based at the RCN Calpe, before making the leap to the Canary Islands in April, with whose regatta the competition will close until after the summer. On September 21st and 22nd the fleet will be at the Centro Galego de Vela before facing the grand final that will take place in the Basque Country, on October 12th and 13th, based at the RCM del Abra-RSC.
