Reservations for buoy camps canceled until tuesday due to the weather conditions

The Government asks the users that are moored to buoys to seek shelter at a nearby area, as they are in areas without protection.

Due to the strong storms suffered this Sunday and the weather forecast of the next couple of days, Ports de les Illes Balears (Ports IB) has informed the cancellation of the reservations of the buoy camps managed by the Balearic Government until Tuesday. 

The Council of Sea and Cycle of Water has warned the buoy camps that they are not prepared to face the foreseeable weather conditions for the upcoming days. For this reason, an appeal has been made in case there is someone still moored in the area, that they should find shelter at a nearby port, as that the buoys are located in unprotected areas.
