The last day of competition was a very intense day with good wind, during which the finals for the gold (1st to 33rd place in Saturday's semifinals) and silver (33rd to 68th place) were contested through three races held in the channel between sa Conillera and Platges de Comte. In addition, a long-distance race was held, with a circuit starting at sa Conillera and ending in Port des Torrent. Both the eight races held on Saturday and the races on Sunday provided spectacular scenes, with the boards elevated over the water throughout the bay of Portmany.
