This company is the current concessionaire operating under the commercial name Marina Port Ibiza.
The concession provides services for 94 recreational vessel moorings over a total area of more than 20,600 square meters of public port domain, most of which corresponds to water surface. The lengths of the vessels range from six and a half meters to 60 meters.
Most of the moorings, specifically 82, are for vessels less than 15 meters in length, while a dozen moorings are designated for vessels between 25 and 60 meters in length. The exploitation area also includes two floors of an APB-owned building, totaling just over eighty square meters, designated for storage, crew, and concession offices.
Tanit Ibiza Port commits to an investment of nearly one million euros in infrastructure and to the annual payment of about three million euros in occupancy, improvement fees, and four percent of the business volume as an activity fee. The concession period is four years with the possibility of a two-year extension.
