The 43rd Copa del Rey MAPFRE announces its dates for 2025

In conjunction with the 2025 ORC European Championship, integrated into the 43rd edition of the Copa del Rey MAPFRE, the Real Club Náutico de Palma (RCNP) and the Royal Spanish Sailing Federation have released, four months in advance, the race announcement that will govern the most important edition of the last decade.

As was the case in the 42nd edition held this year, the Saturday before the start of the 43rd edition, July 26, will be the opening day with the traditional "ribbon cutting" by the authorities, main sponsor, and the presidency of the RCNP. The races will start on Tuesday, July 29 and conclude on Saturday, August 2 with the award ceremony, presided over by King Felipe, at Ses Voltes, under the Cathedral of Palma.

“We expect that the next 43rd edition, with the European Championship, will be one of the most important in the history of the Cup,” stated Manu Fraga, director of the RCNP.
