The regatta ultimately consisted of only one day, as Saturday, March 22, had to be canceled due to excessive wind. Yesterday, March 23, with strong westerly winds averaging 19 knots and gusts up to 25, conditions were very demanding, leading part of the fleet to not start.
In the OK Dinghy category, Deegan dominated with three victories, followed by German Fabián Rossbacher, who scored a third and two seconds. Danish Jesper Hoecher completed the podium with a second, a sixth, and a third.
In Snipe, the victory went to Pérez and Brugigioni, sailors from the Club Marítimo San Antonio de la Playa, who amassed three first places. Enric Noguera and Cristian Vidal (Club Marítimo de Mahón) finished in second place with three seconds, while the third step of the podium went to Kai Dost and Ignacio Peguero (Real Club Náutico de Palma), with three thirds.
Although 29 boats were registered in OK Dinghy, only 12 ended up starting due to the tough conditions. In Snipe, of the 11 registered, 7 boats competed.
