The Club de Vela Puerto de Andratx distributed almost 30,000€ to entities of the municipality

The board of the Club de Vela Puerto de Andratx has handed out its traditional grants and 'aguinaldos' to different associations and entities of the region of Andratx.

In total, the Club has distributed nearly 30,000 euros to sports, cultural and social associations of the different population centers of Andratx.  

This year, the Board of Directors, headed by the president, Ginés Martínez, has granted this traditional economic aid to 22 groups in Andratx. The secretary of the CVPA, Juan Tomás, said at the award ceremony that the associations "are the social fabric of the municipality" and made special mention of the Club Esportiu d'Andratx and the "wonderful management they are doing", after managing to compete for the second time in the Copa del Rey football cup: "The Club has brought fame to the municipality, it has been a milestone for Andratx", declared the secretary of the Sailing Club.

These aids, which exceed those given last year, contribute to the consolidation of the social, cultural and sporting fabric of Andratx and in 2023 have benefited the following associations and entities:

After this event, a small lunch was held for the attendees at the CVPA facilities and all the Club's employees met with the Board of Directors to receive the traditional Christmas greetings and toast to an extraordinary year and a prosperous 2024.
