The Club Nàutic Sant Antoni (CNSA) has been preparing for days to receive the 107 sailors that will participate this weekend, at the Copa Federación Neobookings of ILCA 4 and 7.

YOU HAVE ALL OF OUR FULL PROGRAMS HERE!This competition is the first race of the autonomic classification of the season 2023-2024, in which the CNSA contributes 11 sailors, ten of them in ILCA 4 (4 girls and 6 guys) and one more from the ILCA 7. Es Nàutic is the second club of the Balearic Islands in the contribution of sailors, after the Real Club Náutico de Palma, with thirteen.
The races will start this Friday, 20th of October, from 14h. As well there will be races on Saturday 21st, from 12h midday, and Sunday 22nd, from 11.30h, celebrating the award-giving ceremony the same day, at 16h, in the Sport Area of the CNSA. Three races are scheduled to take place every day and, for the moment, the weather forecast predicts good wind conditions, so a great weekend of regattas is expected in the bay of Portmany.
The class ILCA 4, one of the most abundant of the country and world, continues to be the idyllic to train the young and the majority of the sailors that come to sail in the Optimist. Four years ago the category experimented a significant change, when the licenses were granted to be able to construct new boats at other shipyards, making high quality ships and the Laser class has grown considerably throughout the world, and the name Laser has been changed to ILCA, the initials of the International Laser Class Association. The ILCA class is still an Olympic class for men, with its rig 7, and for women, with its rig 6, which corresponds to the square meter measurement of its sails.
