Over four days, nearly 60 athletes from more than 10 different countries competed with great intensity and at the highest level in pursuit of victory. Moreover, the wind proved to be a steadfast ally throughout each race day, providing optimal conditions for competition and allowing for a total of 10 races to be completed. The sailors pushed their performance to the maximum and enjoyed the Mediterranean in the middle of February.

"We are achieving the goal we set from the FVCV: to establish an event that endures over time, is important in Spain, and brings together the highest number of classes in winter. And in this tenth edition, we are very pleased because, once again, we have broken the record for participants in all categories," stated Carlos Torrado, president of the FVCV.

The European Championship was marked by the outstanding performances of Danish sailors Oscar Thule and Camilla Svensson. Both maintained impressive consistency throughout each race, securing leading positions from the very first day of competition. Without making mistakes, they managed each race effectively, ultimately claiming the European title and taking it back to Denmark.

French sailor Cyril Richard secured second place, while Ramón Figueras (CNCB & CV Palamós) took third. The battle for the podium was fiercely contested, with positions constantly changing by just a few points. The final race was decisive in determining the overall medal standings.

In the women’s overall ranking, Camilla Svensson was joined on the podium by Balearic sailor Ana Musatova (CV Puerto d’Andratx) and Sara Ayats (CN L’Estartit). Additionally, Sara Ayats claimed the gold medal in the U20 women's category, with Emma Cabré (CN Masnou) and Leonor Romero (RCN Torrevieja) rounding out the top three.

In the U20 men’s category, the podium was made up entirely of sailors from CN El Masnou: Pere Rentería, Tomás Molto, and Roc Pérez.

The Spanish Cup, which was also at stake during the competition for the national fleet, was equally competitive. Alberto Antón and Alejandro Pareja of Real Club Náutico Torrevieja, along with Ramón Figueras (CNCB & CV Palamós), battled fiercely over the four days, making the regatta unpredictable. Ultimately, the two races on the final day proved decisive, and after finishing 22nd and 24th, Alberto Antón lost the lead, dropping to third place. Ramón Figueras claimed gold, while Alejandro Pareja took silver after being affected by a DSQ (disqualification).

In the women’s category, Ana Musatova was crowned champion, alongside Sara Ayats and Emma Collins (CNCB & CV Palamós). Additionally, Sara Ayats also won the U20 women's title, sharing the podium with Emma Cabré and Leonor Romero (RCNT).

In the U20 men’s category, the medalists were Pere Rentería, Tomás Molto, and Roc Pérez.
