FOLLOW US ON OUR SOCIAL MEDIA PROFILES AND RECEIVE UPDATES FROM "PASSION FOR THE SEA"From October 11 to 13, the pier of Cala Ratjada will become the epicenter of Mallorcan maritime cuisine with the "Fresh Fish Weekend," a traditional culinary fair, which includes a tapas night, a maritime festival, and the 21st edition of the Mostra de la Llampuga.
Starting on Friday, October 11, gastronomy, music, culture, and a good atmosphere will take over the docks of the pier with the celebration of the 14th Culinary Tapas Contest. That night, participants will show off their cooking skills by making the best dolphin fish tapa.
On Saturday, October 12, nearly a thousand diners will enjoy a delicious fish paella at the traditional Maritime Festival, which will end to the rhythm of "Iden tic al so uls" and "Disccovers."
Then, on Sunday, October 13, it's the turn of the 21st Mostra de la Llampuga. A culinary fair in which the 21 participating exhibitors will serve around 1,700 kilograms of fish, 80 kilograms for each exhibitor, transformed into rich, traditional, and also innovative dishes.
The goal of this Mostra, which will be open from 12 PM to 4 PM and from 6 PM to 10 PM, is to invigorate the fishing, commerce, and gastronomy sectors of the area.
