The fifth edition of Ibiza JoySail kicks off with its registration list already full

The Ibiza JoySail superyacht regatta is gearing up to celebrate its fifth edition from September 18 to 21, 2025, establishing itself as one of the most anticipated dates on the calendar of international regattas and nautical events.

Organized by STP Shipyard Palma and Marina Ibiza, this exclusive event will once again gather some of the most spectacular vessels in the world in the crystal-clear waters of Ibiza and Formentera.

For the first time, the entry list for Ibiza JoySail was completed as soon as registrations opened, quickly reaching the quota of participating superyachts and opening a waiting list for other boats interested in participating.

This success is largely due to the high rate of repeat boats that have competed in previous editions and did not want to miss the 2025 event.

However, the organization encourages owners and crews interested to sign up for the waiting list as there is still an opportunity to join this experience. Additionally, those who register now will have priority in receiving an invitation for the 2026 edition.

"Each year we see the enthusiasm for Ibiza JoySail grow, with a mix of returning teams and new participants drawn by the unique atmosphere of the regatta," says Pablo Ferrer, a member of the regatta committee. "We are confident that the 2025 edition will be even more special, with an exceptional level of competition and the unparalleled experience that Ibiza offers both on and off the water."

Ibiza JoySail is not only a high-level regatta but also an event considered a “family & friends” affair that ensures the onshore events are interesting and fun, combining exciting days of sailing with extraordinary land activities. The relaxed yet competitive nature of the regatta has made this event a benchmark within the Mediterranean superyacht circuit.

With the dates now marked on the calendar, from September 18 to 21, the countdown to Ibiza JoySail 2025 has begun.
