Fifteen female crews will meet at the Abra this weekend to decide the winner of the Iberdrola League and the Spanish Women's Sailing Championship.

The Basque regatta will have double points within the Iberdrola League calendar and will be conducted aboard J80 units made available to the participants by the RCM of Abra-RSC.
The event begins this Friday, October 11, with the opening of the regatta office, on a day when there will be training tests for the crews to familiarize themselves with the boats. On Saturday, October 12, the first of the proposed courses will begin, which will continue on the definitive day, Sunday, October 13.
For this event, crews from the Real Club Náutico de Madrid, Real Club Náutico de Santander, Real Club Náutico de San Sebastián, Real Club Náutico de Arrecife, Club Náutico Arenal, Club Náutico Altea, Real Club Náutico de Calpe, Monte Real Club de Yates de Baiona, Real Club Náutico de Valencia, Real Club Náutico de Palma, Real Club Náutico de Gran Canaria, Club Pakea Munduari, and the hostesses from the Real Club Marítimo del Abra-Real Sporting Club are already pre-registered.
At this moment, the ranking is led by CN Arenal, followed by Club Náutico Altea and RCN Gran Canaria-7 Up, but as has been shown in each event of the circuit, positions must be defended until the last moment.
The Iberdrola League-Spanish Women's Sailing Championship is organized by the Royal Spanish Sailing Federation, Club Náutico Altea, Real Club Náutico Calpe, Real Club Náutico Arrecife, Royal Galician Sailing Federation, and Real Club Marítimo del Abra-Real Sporting Club with the collaboration of the Regional Federations hosting the regattas.
