This regatta, organized by the STP and the Marina Ibiza, have received a special interest among the participants because it combines a competition at sea sailing in “agua pituisas”, with the attention to the participants on land; a successful combination that has been consolidated in only two editions.

The fleet is divided into four categories: World Cruising, Performance Cruising, Performance and J Class.

The arrival of the two J Class like “Svea” and the “Topaz” have also marked on the map of the Ibiza JoySail for this category, that arrive directly from Porto Cervo. Precisely the champion at Porto Cervo was “Svea”, a ship with a length of 43,6 meters constructed by Vitters. “Topaz” is the other vessel of the J class that will be at the Ibiza JoySail, it is a meter long shorter than “Svea”, with a length of 42,6 meter, constructed by Holland Jachtbouw.
