The Polish Jan Mucharski and the sailor of the Real Club Náutico de Palma Lluc Bestard have been crowned winners of the Pro-Rigging Regatta in the Optimist class, the most popular category of this dinghy sailing competition organized by the Real Club Náutico de Palma (RCNP) in which also took part this weekend boats of the ILCA 4 and 6, Snipe and OK Dinghy classes.

On Saturday the day had to be suspended after the celebration of a single race after a front came in with gusts of almost 30 knots from the NE. On Sunday the wind blew from the south with intensities ranging between 7 and 10 knots, which allowed two starts for all classes. A total of three races were completed.
