The repair of the Cala Lladó pier will cost more than 900,000 euros

Ports de les Illes Balears (PortsIB) has formalized the contract for the works on the Cala Lladó pier in Andratx. The project, carried out by Servicios Profesionales Submarinos S.L., will cost 966,129.49 euros.

This project, which has a four-month execution period starting from October 2024, is part of PortsIB's plan to ensure the safety and good condition of the port infrastructures of the Illes Balears. The works include a comprehensive rehabilitation of the pier, taking into account the technical conditions set forth in the project approved on June 3, 2024.

This award will allow the execution of a highly important intervention to ensure the preservation of a key infrastructure for maritime traffic. The project includes not only the repair of the pier but also compliance with special conditions regarding safety and environmental protection. The awarded company will have to ensure compliance with current regulations throughout the execution process of the works, as well as during the warranty period, which extends for two years after the completion of the works.

With this intervention, PortsIB reinforces its commitment to maintaining and improving port infrastructures, ensuring that they are in the best conditions for use by citizens and the preservation of the maritime environment.
