Once again, the Association of Nautical Companies of the Balearic Islands (AENIB) is all set to celebrate the 17th edition of the Sea Gala, a now established event that will take place next Thursday, March 27, 2025, starting at 8 PM.

The event will be held by invitation, as was done in the last edition, at the Palma Centre Port (Institutional Building of the Port Authority of the Balearics) and includes the Nautical Sector Awards Ceremony and the annual dinner.

The 17th Sea Gala and Nautical Sector Awards Ceremony will provide the setting in which all those entities committed to the nautical development of the community will receive their well-deserved recognition. For this edition, the difficult choice of the awardees has already been made by the governing body of the Association, and although the companies and entities to be recognized will not be revealed until the event, the following awards will be given:

  • "Fidelity and Permanence in AENIB", recognizing an associate company for its trajectory and commitment to the Balearic nautical employers' association.
  • "Entity Collaborating with the Nautical Sector in 2025", for an organization that has contributed in a special way to the development of nautics in the Balearics.
  • "Outstanding Professional Career", which will reward the excellence and dedication of a company in the sector.

The evening will gather the main figures of the nautical sector, along with authorities and business representatives who have already confirmed their attendance, in a networking and relaxed atmosphere where experiences can be shared and bonds within the community can be strengthened. In addition to being a great opportunity to celebrate, this meeting highlights the economic and social importance of nautics in the Balearics.

Attendance is limited, so reservation and confirmation of attendance by invitation will be necessary. From the Board of Directors of AENIB, led by its president, Jaume Vaquer, there is a call to all associated companies in the sector to respond massively to this call, inviting their workers and collaborators to participate in this celebration of the great Balearic nautical family.
