Three TDV sailors from Club Nàutic Sant Antoni are currently participating in two world championship events. The first to travel was Héctor Pérez del Álamo, who began competing in the Raceboard World Championship this Tuesday, September 17th. The event is being held until the 21st at the Puerto Sherry marina in Cádiz, organized by this club and the Andalusian Sailing Federation.
STAY UP TO DATE OF WHAT WE DO AND RECEIVE OUR NEWSLETTERPérez del Álamo is aiming for a spot on the podium, especially considering his results over the past year and his commitment to board sailing, such as Windsurfer and Raceboard. It's worth noting that he won the Spanish Windsurfer Cup and placed third in the Raceboard Cup.
Meanwhile, from September 18th to the 22nd, Lluís Colomé and Enrique Mas will be competing in the Windsurfer World Championship. This event is taking place in Sant Pere Pescador, on the Costa Brava, organized by the Ballena Alegre Sailing Club. Their goals are different from Héctor's, though they aim to perform well. Finishing in the top 10, for example, would be considered a great success. The results of both sailors in the national circuit and the previous European championship in Riva del Garda (Italy) are promising ahead of this international event.
