PortsIB reminds that the deadline for submitting applications for temporary mooring authorizations based on list 7th in the ports of Cala Bona, Cala Figuera, Cala Rajada, Porto Cristo, Portopetro, and Sóller ends on December 31, 2024. This procedure is aimed at current holders of temporary authorizations who wish to exercise their preferential right and renew their mooring for the next period.

Additionally, those who prefer in-person submission can deliver the documentation at the main offices of PortsIB, located at Vicente Tofiño Street, 36, Coll d’en Rabassa (Palma).
Applications can also be sent by any of the means allowed in Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the common administrative procedure, as established by its article 16.4.
It is essential that interested parties submit their application before December 31, 2024. Those holders who do not formalize the procedure within the established deadline will lose the preferential right to their assigned mooring, as provided by Decree 11/2011, and eviction will proceed.
PortsIB encourages users to opt for the telematic route to expedite the process, although it also offers in-person assistance to resolve any doubts or issues that may arise during management.
This reminder aims to ensure that all current holders can renew their authorizations without issues and continue enjoying their mooring in the ports managed by PortsIB.
