Thus, it has opened a participatory process of public hearing and information, and until the next October 14 at 3 PM, both sailors and other interested parties can submit their claims through the following link: https://www.caib.es/sites/participacio/es/fcontacto/aquiere_hacer_aportaciones_al_anteproyecto_de_ley_de_compilacian_de_derecho_civil/
Various associations have already presented their arguments, but personal allegations, ideas, and modifications can also be contributed. This Preliminary Draft Law aims to establish a general framework that allows for the planning, protection, and integrated management of the Mediterranean coastal areas, within the competencies assigned to the Autonomous Community of the Balearic Islands in the Spanish Constitution and the Statute of Autonomy.
The regional law seeks to organize and manage the coast as a continuous and unique entity, upon which environmental, economic, and social values converge that deserve protection, and to establish criteria to ensure the rational and sustainable use of the coast, taking into account the responsible management of natural resources and environmental protection.
As indicated on the virtual headquarters of the Government of the Balearic Islands, contributions can be submitted through the following channels: electronically and in person.
