World Leaders in the Wingfoil Sector Join the Ibiza Wingfoil Open Spanish Championship

The Ibiza Wingfoil Open Spanish Championship Racing, which recently announced the introduction of X-15 Class monotypes in our country through this event, has gained an important sponsor.

The sponsor is Excens Sports, the distributor in our country for the brands Starboard, Severne, and Freewing, all of which are world leaders in the wingfoil and wind sports sectors.

Excens Sports will offer the previously announced clinic with Fiona Wylde, the multiple world champion who now leads the X-15 Class as Class Manager, along with Svein Rasmussen, the Chief Innovator. This event will be attended by youth from across the Balearic archipelago. The company will also provide textile products and a welcome kit for all participants. Additionally, they will offer technical service during the event, setting up two tents to promote their products and provide assistance as needed.

Starboard is the world's leading brand in wind sports, as evidenced by its presence in the men's and women's Olympic IQ Foil boards, which made their debut at the Paris Olympic Games, replacing the previous model.
